The furniture and design choices are impeccable, with a stunning color palette that feels fresh, elegant, and soothing all at once. The La DoubleJ tea set is vibrant and joyful, blending seamlessly into the overall aesthetic while adding a playful touch to the experience. The sandwich and pastry selection was outstanding, with each item beautifully crafted and presented. Everything tasted light, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to enjoy the variety without feeling overwhelmed. Each bite felt like a small celebration of summer flavors. What made the experience even more special was the amazing hospitality and attentive service. The staff made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive, adding warmth and genuine care that made me feel truly welcome. My favorite hotel in NY - it’s not too big but not too small. Staff is fantastic, great bar at night that’s hidden. Rooms are stunning. They also have a fantastic gym and spa amenities which is a huge plus!
The staff are absolutely amazing...from the front desk to the restaurant crew...i never experienced 5 star customer service to this magnitude Operation Manager Ghada is the MVP for running such a great staff and implementing top notch customer service and appreciation of customers....... 5 stars most definitely

I'm a private chauffeur. I brought many clients to this hotel. It is so upscale, it's so on point, they do everything right? The staff, the ambiance all up to par. None of my clients have ever had a complaint. And I've brought many there in the last 2 years.
